• services they offer to clients or third parties;
• their business decisions, pricing, marketing, or client interactions;
• any claims, statements, or representations made by them as a coach, healer, trainer, or professional.

Certification by Living Intelligence Systems does not create any:

• employment relationship;
• partnership or joint venture;
• agency relationship;
• right to represent, bind, or speak on behalf of Living Intelligence Systems.

Participants are fully responsible for how they apply the knowledge, tools, methods, and information shared in our programs.

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards in their own country or jurisdiction. Users agree to act ethically, responsibly, and with appropriate care in all personal and professional applications of the material.

The coaching, training, and educational content provided by Living Intelligence Systems is for personal and professional development purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or any other regulated professional advice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
